On Cam: Man forced to lick his own spit over eve teasing in Bihar’s Begusarai

In Bihar’s Begusarai district, a man was forced to lick his own spit by the Panchayat members over allegations of eve teasing. The incident happened in Begusarai’s Malipur village. In a video which went viral soon after the incident, the Panchayat members can be seen pressurising the man to throw his spit on the floor and lick it. On showing reluctance in following the order, the sub inspector of Garhpura police station in Malipur village thrashed him. Out of fear, he again spewed his spit on the floor and licked it. According to reports, the man runs a coaching institute in Malipur village. Few of his female students alleged him of eve teasing.
