And the 34-year-old celebrity trainer has revealed her top tips for getting fit in 2019.
Writing for Who magazine, Tiffiny revealed her secret for feeling fuller for longer was eating enough protein.

She said that benefits include 'protein being the building for that lean muscle definition you've been working on in your training'.
The mother-of-one also said that protein can assist firming up loose skin thanks to it's collagen content.
Tiffiny also encouraged people not to feel bad if they slipped up over the festive season, but warned them not to use it as an excuse to go into a 'food frenzy'.

She said: 'Treat every three hours as a fresh start! Healthy eating isn't just to do with what you eat - it's also about your relationship with food.'
Tiffiny said that her three-hour reset rule is about removing the guilt from making bad choices and committing yourself to healthy eating.
She also advised snacking in the correct manner.
'We strongly believe in snacking in the Hall-Kavalee household... no missing afternoon tea here,' she said.

The blonde fitness guru advised fans to keep metabolism running at a higher rate by eating healthy snacks between meals.
