This heartbreaking CCTV shows the moment a dog is abandoned before Christmas.

The Staffordshire bull  terrier was ditched by the side of the road.

The dog, now nicknames Snoop, was later found sitting in his bed by a passer by.

The RSPCA has launched an investigation and has appealed to the public for information.
