BJP making football of mining dependents: Cong

When will the bill to amend MMDR Act and restart mining will be passed in the Parliament? It has not even been introduced And hardly one more week remains for the session to end.The ruling BJP is playing football with the mining dependents and misguiding them.This is a direct allegation Congress has made.
