Thala Ajith’s upcoming commercial action potboiler Viswasam censored with ‘U’ certificate. The makers of the film have also confirmed that they are all set for Pongal theatrical release but an exact date is yet to be locked. Directed by Siva who made Veeram, Vedalam, and Vivegam with Ajith, Nayanthara plays the romantic interest of the actor in the film.

The film also has Thambi Ramaiah, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, Vivek, and Kovai Sarala taking care of the comedy department. Imman is in charge for the songs and background score of Viswasam for which Vetri has cranked the camera.

Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, KJR Studios has snapped the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film and they have also locked the territory wise business in the state. As Viswasam is getting ready for release, Ajith is planning to start shooting for the Tamil remake of Pink with director H Vinoth in January 2019.
