WATCH: Nicki Minaj’s new beau gets her name tattooed on his neck

Cape Town – Nicki Minaj’s new boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, has shown his feelings for her in a massive way.

In a video on Instagram the rapper revealed her new beau opted to get her birth name, Onika, etched on his neck, as his very first tattoo.

Alongside the clip of Nicki and Kenny, the Anaconda hitmaker wrote: “Did ya tat hurt zaddy? His first tat- frontin like it didn’t sting (sic)”

The tribute may come as a surprise to many as Nicki confirmed their relationship on Instagram a mere two weeks, on 10 December.

Alongside a photo of herself and Kenny posing for the camera, Nicki wrote: “Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happens?... it’s no secret... that the both of us... are running out of time...”

And while Nicki appears to be blissfully in love, fans are said to be concerned about her new relationship due to Kenny’s past, E! News reports.

The 40-year-old is a convicted felon and a registered sex offender in the state of New York.

He served four years of the 18 months to 54 months he was sentenced to, for attempted rape in the first degree in April 1995.
