Notice pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 2 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 2 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that OP Fund Management Company Ltd's (Business ID 0743962-2) mutual funds; OP-Finland Small Cap Mutual Fund (Business ID 1753300-6) and OP Finland Mutual Fund (Business ID 1878493-1) total share of Cramo plc’s (Business ID 0196435-4) shares has decreased to less than 5% on 20.12.2018.

Following the transaction on 20.12.2018 OP Fund management Company Ltd’s mutual funds, OP-Finland Small Cap Mutual Fund and OP Finland Mutual Fund, together holds a total of 2,038,182 shares (ISIN FI0009900476) and voting rights in Cramo plc. Thus, OP Fund Management Company Ltd now holds 4.56 % of Cramo plc's share capital and voting rights.
