Person dies in Brisbane CBD, children taken to hospital after glass falls
A person has died after they reportedly fell from a building in Brisbane's CBD, while two children have been injured after being struck by glass from the fall.
Two children, believed to be under 10 years of age, were taken to Queensland Children's Hospital in a stable condition with cuts when glass panelling has fallen from a building as they were passing by during an incident on Queen Street.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said a patient was in a critical condition but did not require transportation following a call received about 2.50pm on Sunday.
Police have closed Queen Street to traffic near Eagle Street.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious.
