Latehar lynching case: 8 get life term for Jharkhand double murder

A court in Jharkhand’s Latehar district awarded life term to eight men convicted in a case related to killing and hanging of two persons. The accused were fined Rs 25,000 each by the court. The incident took place, when the victims were reportedly taking their cattle to a village fair for sale. The police had said that they were beaten to death and then hanged from the tree.
