Gautam Budh Nagar has 1 lakh new voters, 11,000 of them first-timers

NOIDA: There are 1.38 lakh new voters in Gautam Budh Nagar district with about 11,000 being first-time voters who have turned 18 years of age since January 1, 2018.
The number accounts for voters across Noida, Dadri and Jewar. While the maximum new voters are from Noida at 71,537, Dadri has 56,772 and Jewar has 9,961 new voters. There are 19 NRIs also in the district who can vote.

“The data is collected on the basis of forms submitted during a drive,” said an official from election office.
