Noted Tamil writer Prabanjan dies in Puducherry

Renowned Tamil and winner of Sahithya Akademi award, died at a private hospital here Friday following brief illness.

He was 73 and is survived by three sons.

Prabanjan, hailing from Puducherry, is his pen name while his birth name was Vaithialingam.
