The death of a man who was found lying in the middle of the road is being treated a suspicious by police.
Emergency services were called to a home in Manunda, Carins, at about 4am on Friday, where they found a seriously injured man in his early 20s .
Police were first to arrive at the Hunt Street residence and began CPR until paramedics arrived.

Despite their best efforts, the man died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and detectives are treating the death as suspicious.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to Policelink on 131 444 amid the investigation.
