Katrina Kaif, who is currently gearing up for the release of 'Zero', will next be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's much-talked about film 'Bharat', opposite Salman Khan. 

An official remake of Korean film 'An Ode To My Father', 'Bharat' will depict the history of India through the life of an ordinary man. Both Katrina and Salman will be seen sporting five different looks in the film. She will age from 28 to 60 years, while he will age from 25 to 65 years in the film. A little birdie had earlier told DNA After Hrs that Katrina's looks are inspired from a few yesteryear Bollywood actresses.

However, during our recent interaction with the actress, when asked to confirm the same, Katrina said that while they have taken inspiration from several eras, they haven't really tried to immolate any one in particular. 

In a 2017 interview with DNA After Hrs, Katrina had also expressed her desire of starring in a superheroine film. "I really think someone should make a superheroine film. It’s high time," she had said. 

"I would love to play a superheroine. Why not? I have always loved superheroines. Actually, there are quite a few characters that I personally love. There are also some discussions on this, so I won’t say too much," she had added. 

We asked Katrina how is the project shaping up and here's what she had to say:

'Zero' stars Katrina Kaif in the role of Babita Kumari, an alcoholic, obnoxious superstar, whose career is on the downhill. The Aanand L Rai directorial will hit the screens on December 21.
