Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences conducted a Caribbean theme dinner. The institute showcased authentic Caribbean cuisine which included dishes like Jaimacan roast pork with apple sauce, Caribbean goat curry, jerked chicken with jerk sauce and fish fillet escabeche with coconut rice. The event was attended by 250 guests.

Entertainment was provided by the duo of Aaron and Rochele. There were live dance performances by the group AD Crew. A table to table element of magic was provided by magician Nobel Mark. There were on the spot prizes and gifts presented to guests as well.

Guests were treated to live dessert counter of banana fritters, coconut lovers mousse, pina colada flan and Caribbean chocolate brownies.

The event was conceptualised by final year students under the guidance of faculty.
