A shop, holiday let and market garden in a picturesque village could all be yours - for just £25.
Dylan Baines and partner Debbie Jones have decided to raffle their business called Meirion Stores and Post Office, in Llangernyw, Conwy.
For a £25 raffle ticket you could win the shop complete with spacious three bedroom accommodation and a newly refurbished holiday let. The premises also comes with an established market garden. Even the shop vehicle has been thrown in.
The owners have valued the business at £325,000.
To win the prize, entrants have to correctly answer the question: 'How long has a shop been trading at these premises Merion Stores and Post Office Llangernyw?". A winner will be chosen randomly on March 31.

In terms and conditions the owners have stipulated that a minimum of 100,000 tickets have to be sold for the competition to go ahead, although Mr Baines told the Daily Post he'd let the business go if 50,000 tickets were sold.
He said one of the main aims of the competition is to raise money for Cancer Research.
"We have had interest from as far away as India," said Dylan.
"We decided to do this after I had a cancer scare and my brother is unwell, although I'm not sure what we are going to do afterwards but I can imagine Debbie and I will stay in the village."

He added: "I'll let it go if we sell at least 50,000 tickets that would raise £1.2m, it would cover our costs and raise £100,000 for Cancer Research, a lot of money will go to pay HMRC.
"It's an amazing opportunity for someone, as it's a profitable business that will be mortgage free and the village of Llangernyw is lovely with a great community."

"We've ran the business for six years, and will be very sad to leave," added Dylan, 47.
In the terms and conditions it states: "All entries to the competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the closing date.
"If the minimum number of paid entries to the competition is not equal to the number of paid entries received as at the closing date, the competition will close and the proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the house as a prize at the discretion of the promoters, or the remaining funds will be allocated as a cash prize to a winner after the deduction of any expenses and marketing fees."
