‘Mira Bazaar’ held in city

Pune: St Mira’s College of Girls had organised ‘Mira Bazaar’ on Monday. It provided the students with a platform to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. 

The initiative was taken by the Centre for Women’s Entrepreneurship (CWE), who seeks to infuse entrepreneurial thought and action through co-curricular activities and the ‘Mira Bazaar’ is one such activity.

There were 50 stalls at the bazaar that showcased a wide range of varieties of delicacies, clothing items and services like hair styling and henna art.
 
The green club stall gained maximum popularity having a jumble sale of pre-owned clothes.  The bazaar sought the attention of more than 1,700 visitors. The chief guests of the event were Gauri Dholepatil and Noopur Pawar, who are the organisers of Kalagram exhibitions. The judges of the event were Red Heart Company Founder Shweta Shah and Make Magic Events Founder Vanita Naraindas.
