Alia Bhatt’s perfect highlight and contour are perfect for date night

Alia Bhatt won big at the 2018 Star Screen Awards this weekend as she took home the Best Actress award for her role as an undercover spy agent in the movie Raazi. But while she’s been making moves in critically acclaimed films, Bhatt has been acing the style game as well. For her big night, her stylist Ami Patel picked a nude and silver custom gown by international bridalwear label Winnie Couture. Her makeup artist Mickey Contractor chose a heavy highlight and a sculpted look for the actor, and hairstylist Georgiou Gabriel went with a voluminous ponytail worn on one side.

1. It might seem out of order, but start with eye makeup first. It’s a practice most makeup artists choose. This means that if mascara flakes or eyeshadow specks fall out, it won’t ruin an already set contour. Apply brown eyeshadow above and below the eye and apply two coats of a volumising mascara.
