Anadaz-branded hotel at La Mer is expected to open in 2020 after an agreement was reached between the Hyatt Hotels Corporation and wasl Asset Management Group, which is , one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai.
It will be the first Andaz-branded hotel in Dubai and the second Andaz hotel in the UAE and will be joining the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi.
Andaz Dubai La Mer will provide guests a distinct experience of the sights, sounds and tastes of Dubai. It will be planned thoughfully with unscripted services for curious-minded guests looking for local experiences.
There will also be easy access to globally recognized landmark like the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Frame.

There will be 156 rooms and suites in the Andaz Dubai La Mer with 409-sq-ft residential-style guestrooms highlighting key elements of the city through décor and design. There will be two restaurants, rooftop bar and pool areas with mesmersing panoramic view along with meeting facilities and two residential-style studio rooms.
