Senior citizen drowns in well
TNN | Dec 16, 2018, 04:03 ISTMangaluru: A senior citizen drowned after he accidentally fell into a well at Alangaru, Bantwal taluk, on Thursday .
The victim is Tukra Naik, 60, a resident of Alangaru. According to police, Tukra, who was an agriculturalist, had gone to his farm to check the water supply, and when he was inspecting near the well, he lost balance, fell into the water and drowned.
A case of unnatural death has been registered at the Vittal police station.
