Homeland Security Warns Against Dangers Of Crossing Border Illegally After 7-Year-Old Dies

After a 7-year-old Guatemalan girl reportedly died after 8 hours in the custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection...????The Department of Homeland Security has warned parents against the dangers of crossing the border illegally.

????Fox News reports that the girl had been traveling with her father in a group of 163 people who crossed the border on December 6th.

????The little girl apparently died of dehydration and shock despite the best efforts of the medical team treating the child.

????CBP reported that the girl had not eaten or had water in several days and her death is currently under investigation.

????Fox also says that agents in Arizona often see large groups of 100 more that sometimes include infants or toddlers.

????The Trump Administration has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate the ban on people asking for asylum if they cross the border illegally.
