Sally Obermeder and Larry Emdur have bid farewell to The Daily Edition's Tom Williams as he leaves the show to pursue opportunities outside the TV industry.
The Channel Seven stars took to Instagram to wish the journalist 'all the best' after 17 years with the network.
Earlier this month, the 48-year-old announced he would be be embarking on a career away from the spotlight in real estate.

Sally, who has co-hosted The Daily Edition with Tom for five years, shared a photo of the pair behind the desk, and praised him as 'a great guy and a true gentleman'.
The 45-year-old added: 'I know we'll always be mates and I know that even more success lies ahead with this new venture.'
Larry, 54, also wrote on Instagram: 'I'll miss you mate. A great bloke and the best hot-desk-buddy a man could ask for. Wishing you all the best for an exciting new chapter and I'm hoping to see you back on the TV merry-go-round soon.'

Tom announced his departure from Channel Seven earlier this month, telling The Daily Telegraph: 'It's been wonderful to be part of The Daily Edition from day one, it's rare that you get to be a part of something in TV that lasts for five years.'
'The family and I are super excited about the new opportunities coming up,' he added.
The TV carpenter will be joining property marketing firm Boutique Estates International as a partner alongside Juliet Anderson and his sister-in-law Vanessa Gilbert.
Tom's career in the media started in the year 2000, when he joined Merrick and Rosso's Triple J radio show for a segment called 'Tom the Chippie'.

He also competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2005, where he performed alongside professional dancer Kym Johnson.
In June 2013, he was hired as one of the presenters on The Daily Edition alongside Sally Obermeder and Ryan Phelan.
