Two trains suspended till February

Representative imageRANCHI: The Ranchi division of South Eastern Railways (SER) on Tuesday announced its decision to cancel Jharkhand Swarn Jayanti Express (train 12873) for the next months due to heavy fog.
The tri-weekly train departs Hatia railway station (near Ranchi) at 1.4opm to reach Anand Vihar Terminal (near New Delhi) at 1.55pm the next day.
"The movement of the train will suspended from December 13 till February 17, 2019. It will resume its journey as per its schedule from February 18," a SER official said.
The services of the onward train which leaves Anand Vihar at 7.40pm to reach Hatia at 8pm the next day (train 12874) has also been suspended till February 18, 2019, the public relation officer of Ranchi railway division told TOI.
