It's the season of weddings in tinsel town. Apart from the high profile wedding of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani with Anand Piramal, another wedding taking place on December 12, 2018 is that of ace comedian Kapil Sharma. Kapil Sharma tied the knot with his long time girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in a close knit ceremony in Jalandhar. If a few reports doing the rounds are to be believed, then Kapil and Ginni will be getting married in two ceremonies - one as per Hindu traditions and the other as per Sikh rituals.
While a lot of fans and mediapersons had gathered outside the Hotel Grand Cabbana in Jalandhar to catch the first glimpse of the bride and groom, ending all the anticipation, Kapil shared the first picture of himself dressed as a groom along with his wife Ginni Chatrath on his Instagram account.
Kapil's friends and colleagues, Sumona Chakravarty, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Krushna Abhishek among others were present at Kapil Sharma's Jalandhar wedding. Kapil had earlier said in an interview that he wanted to marry Ginni last year itself, but his wedding got postponed owing to his health concerns.
Kapil's pre-wedding festivities were held in Amritsar where Krushna Abhishek and Sumona too had joined him.
Meanwhile, Kapil is all set to be back on Television with a brand new season of his popular show The Kapil Sharma Show. Reports suggest that Salman Khan is to be the first guest on the show, along with father Salim Khan and brothers Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan. Recent reports also suggested that Ranveer Singh may appear on his show after Salman.
