Cognizant said on Tuesday it was acquiring in the first quarter of 2019, and the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Once the acquisition is complete, Mustache’s creative team will join Cognizant Interactive, Cognizant’s digital agency arm. Launched in 2010, Mustache Agency is involved in creating original and branded content for digital, broadcast and social media; all important streams of content for marketers globally today. Mustache gets involved across functions, from developing concepts through to production, post-production, and distribution services.

Mustache counts popular brands including such as: A&E Networks, Brand USA, Google, Grammarly, L’Oreal, Netflix, and Viceland.
