Quess Corp gains 4% as promoter increases stake in co

Share price of Quess Corp gained more than 4 percent intraday Tuesday after promoter has increased its stake in the company.

Ajit Isaac, a promoter of the company has acquired 48,000 equity shares of the company from the open market on December 7.

As on September 2018 Ajit Isaac was holding 12.04 stake in the company and with this acquisition the total stake has increased to 12.07 percent.

At 10:05 hrs Quess Corp was quoting at Rs 626.05, up Rs 20.25, or 3.34 percent on the BSE.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,300 and 52-week low Rs 581.10 on 13 June, 2018 and 10 December, 2018, respectively.

Currently, it is trading 52.53 percent below its 52-week high and 6.19 percent above its 52-week low.

The share price declined 47 percent in last 6 months.
