People only focus on football it's not just in football, unfortunately, if it was just in football we would be safe but racism is everywhere.

What's happening today with immigrants and refugees all around the world, how we treat them, when once in our lives, our grandfathers, great-great grandfathers and grandmothers were refugees.

How we treat it in society, unfortunately, it is everywhere, that is why we have to fight it every day.

We need to have zero tolerance to deal with that issue.

I appreciate what Chelsea did, if it happened in my club we should do the same so we have to fight but strictly for human rights for everything that makes society better in the future for everyone but today we are in danger, but not here in England, everywhere, absolutely everywhere, in all across Europe." 3.

WHITE FLASH 4.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER, PEP GUARDIOLA, SAYING: "He is an incredible person.

Raheem (Sterling) is an incredible, incredible human being.

So it's tough to understand today, you know what happened years ago, for the whole history about the black people.

We have to protect them we have to protect how equal we are all together.'' STORY: Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola claimed that racism is everywhere in life and not just in football as he labelled Raheem Sterling an "incredible person" after the English forward appeared to be the victim of racist abuse.

On Sunday (December 9), Sterling had hit out at media coverage of black footballers saying that it helps fuel racism.

This came the day after he faced alleged racist abuse from a supporter during City's 2-0 Premier League defeat by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea has suspended four supporters from attending matches pending investigation and the Metropolitan Police are reviewing the video footage of the incident.

The Professional Footballers' Association was critical of the media's portrayal of Sterling, saying the England international and former Liverpool player was often singled out.
