Westminster Magistrates' Court delivered the verdict on Monday after a year-long trial
London:
Embattled liquor tycoon Vijay Mallya is wanted in India on alleged fraud and money laundering charges amounting to an estimated Rs 9,000 crores.
The 62-year-old former Kingfisher Airlines boss has been on bail since his arrest on an extradition warrant in April last year.
Chief Magistrate Judge Emma Arbuthnot gave the verdict based on the charges brought by the CBI and ED.
The decision would now go to the UK Home Office for the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, to pass an order based on that verdict.
