The ‘Mera Aspataal’ is a Ministry of Health, Government of India’s initiative launched in 2016 to capture patient feedback for services received at hospitals through user-friendly multiple channels such as Short Message Service (SMS), Outbound Dialling (OBD), mobile application and web portal.
