Artists from Northeast leave audience mesmerized

These views were expressed at programme ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, by Dr. Surinder Bihari Goswami, Director of the Hindi Granth Academy, while chairing the ‘Inter State Youth Exchange Programme’ organized by the Nehru Yuva Kendra. Participants from northeast and MP presented colourful cultural programmes on the occasion.

Addressing the participants from the northeast states, he said that you have come from the Northeast and are an integral part of Northeast India. We all have to work together for a beautiful nation by rising above ethnicity, regionalism.

The Northeast is ideal for all of us in many cases, whether Sikkim, which has emerged as an organic farming state. In the end, he said through poetry that we all are Hindustani first.

Chief guest Additional Director General Training KN Tiwari introduced the youth to the cultural, historical diversity of Madhya Pradesh.

He said, as the number of devotees gathered for the Kumbh, in the same number, people come on the land of Tajul Mosque, Sanchi and Baavan Ganja, this is an example of unity in the country.

On this occasion, WALMI director Urmila Shukla was present as a special guest.It is to be noted that the programme is being organized from December 07 to 21, in which the selected 100 participants from the North-Eastern States of Manipur, Nagaland and Madhya Pradesh are participating.
