Two unidentified terrorists were killed in an encounter- terrorist operation in Mujgund area of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, last evening.

Three police personnel were also injured in the gunfight who were shifted to military hospital for treatment.

The gunfight broke out after the joint team of security forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation in the area after receiving inputs about the presence of terrorists.

Security sources said that bodies of slain terrorists are yet to be retrieved.
