Ace investor Porinju Veliyath owned portfolio management firm sold more than 29 lakh equity shares of Texmaco Rail & Engineering through bulk deals on December 7, 2018.
Equity Intelligence India sold 17,80,364 shares (representing 0.81 percent of total paid-up equity) of the company at Rs 51.01 per share and 11,45,241 shares (representing 0.52 percent of total paid-up equity) at Rs 51.02 per share on the BSE.
On same day, Aequitas Investment Consultancy Private Limited - PMS purchased 34,04,200 shares of the company at Rs 51 per share through bulk deal on the NSE.
