The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will not support any party in Telangana. This was stated by its chief spokesperson in the state here on Sunday.
"We have fought the Telangana elections to win. We have fought to form the government. However, we will respect the voters’ mandate and abide by their decision," he said.
Meanwhile, both the TRS and Congress are claiming that they would get the majority needed to form the new government. The counting of votes will be taken up on Tuesday.
