A man in his late 20s was found murdered with multiple stab injuries in Dwarka’s Chhawla on Saturday morning, the police said.
They said that the man has not been identified yet and a case has been registered in the matter.
Stabbed multiple times
DCP (Dwarka) Anto Alphonse said that the PCR recevied a call regarding a body lying in the bushes. When the police reached the spot they found that the man had been stabbed multiple times.
“He was aged around 27-28. He was wearing a black and white striped sweatshirt. There was an ‘Om’ tattoo on his hand,” the officer said.
The police said that the body has been sent to the mortuary for a post-mortem and a case under Section 302 (punishment for murder) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered.
Teams have been formed to identity the person. A local enquiry is also being conducted, the police also said.
