Lucknow enters semifinals

Pune: Lucknow defeated Pune City Police 5-1 to enter the semifinals of the Aga Khan Cup Hockey Tournament in progress at Major Dhyan Chand poligras stadium in Pimpri on Friday.

Rafique Shaikh from Lucknow scored two goals in the 21st and 51st minutes while Neeraj Kumar (10th), Deepu Sahi (26th) and Taleeb Shaikh (31st) added one goal each to the tally.

For Pune City Police, Ayush Pedari scored the lone goal in the 41st minute.
