has scooped a prestigious industry award for the third year in a row, after winning the Best Tour Operator award at this year’s GRAFTAS, which celebrate the best in travel and tourism across the North East.
The award – which follows accolades in 2016 and 2017 – once again demonstrates the travel industry’s recognition of Jet2holidays’ partnership approach to working with independent travel agencies in the North East, and highlights Jet2holidays commitment to delivering a VIP experience for their customers.
The GRAFTA awards are based on the votes of those working in the travel industry, with over 200 agents and operators coming together for the ceremony held at the Hilton Gateshead.
