The Kiwi bowlers did give it their all but the wicket seems to have eased out a little. Also, the spinners of New Zealand may not be bowling at the right pace as they haven't got a lot of purchase from the surface. New Zealand need to break this partnership as quickly as possible. The first session was dominated by New Zealand and the second one has been dominated by the hosts. It did not start for them in the best of manner as they lost Imam early. Azhar Ali and Haris Sohail though are steadying the ship. They are amidst a 64-run stand and both look well-set out there. The two will need to continue however, as Pakistan still trail by another 193 runs.
