Finally! The wait is over and the first pictures of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas dressed as bride and groom are out!. We had already told you that the couple had inked a deal with one of the leading International magazines for their wedding pictures. While the vibrant and fun-filled pics from the pre-wedding ceremonies of Mehendi and Sangeet did make it to social media, neither Priyanka and Nick, nor anyone else from their squad shared any pictures from their Christian and Hindu wedding ceremonies. Turns out that the deal with People magazine who have now shared glimpses of Nickyanka wedding in their latest issue. 

Priyanka Chopra got married to Nick Jonas over a two day ceremony on December 1 and December 2, 2018 in Jodhpur. While they first got hitched in a Christian wedding ceremony on December 1, the duo tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony on December 2. Fir the Christian ceremony both Priyanka and Nick were clad in Ralph Lauren creations. 

About collaborating with Lauren, Priyanka told People magazine, "For the Western wedding, we had been talking to a bunch of incredible designers, but ultimately when Ralph Lauren approached us, I learned that Ralph has only designed three wedding dresses in 50 years — one for his daughter, his daughter in law, and his niece," and added, "I was blown away."

Nick was seen clad in a "custom Ralph Lauren Purple Label double-breasted black tuxedo and custom patent lace-up dress shoes" for the Christian wedding ceremony, as reported by the magazine.

For those of you who've come in late, Priyanka and Nick had attended the MET Gala 2017, which was the initial phase of their relationship,  wearing Ralph Lauren ensembles.

For the traditional Hindu wedding ceremony, Priyanka and Nick chose ace Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Priyanka looked drop-dead-gorgeous in a custom red lehenga, with "hand-embroidered and hand-cut organza flowers, french knots in silk floss, delicate siam-red crystals and layer-upon-layer of threadwork embroidery" - as described by the designer in his Instagram post. 

Nick Jonas wore a "hand-quilted silk sherwani with a hand-embroidered chikan dupatta and a chanderi tissue safa." He paired it with rose cut kalgi and a diamond necklace fom the designer's Heritage Jewellery collection.

While Priyanka's Ralph Lauren wedding gown took 1,826 hours to complete, her Hindu wedding lehenga was made in 3720 hours. 

The newly-wed couple was spotted leaving from Jodhpur for Delhi on December 3 in the afternoon. Reportedly, Priyanka and Nick will be hosting their first wedding reception in the National capital for their friends and family.
