Now young artisan Bilal will acquaint Italians with this handicraft
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, ‘Bagh’ The small town of Madhya Pradesh has got the international popularity in handicraft. Young artisan Bilal Mohammed Khatri will present the Mp’s Bagh print in Milan city of Italy.
He will perform live Demo till 9th December for the Italians. Before this, young artisan Bilal went abroad many times and presented his art. To pursue this specialty of the state the fourth generation took the responsibility to take this art ahead. Bilal has invented many new prints in this art and made a new record.
It takes 20 days in printing a sari
According to young craftsman Bilal the effect of garden soil, rivers, vegetation, life and climate is clearly visible in this art. As much as it looks as beautiful as it is tough to print. One Sari or scarf takes 20 days to prepare.
Sometimes the cloth has to be stretch with feet or boiled in furnace several times. Today whole world recognize Bagh prints and people are liking it.
