She rose to fame Down Under after debuting her relationship with Tammy Hembrow's ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.

But London Goheen's Australian fans would struggle to recognise her from her days as an ordinary U.S. high school student.

At just 20 years of age, the Instagram model has completely transformed her looks - possibly with the help of cosmetic enhancements.

Dr Randal Haworth told Daily Mail Australia on Monday that he believes the Texan has undergone rhinoplasty in addition to having non-surgical lip fillers.

The Beverly Hills-based surgeon also suggested that London refined her appearance in order to improve her chances of modelling success.

'It is clear to me her previously pleasing nose has been further refined with rhinoplasty,' said Dr Haworth.

'Specifically, her slightly bulbous tip has been narrowed to form a perfect streamline with her thin nasal bridge. All-in-all, it's good work.'

Dr. Haworth further speculated that London has augmented her lips with filler to create a more 'sensual' look.

'Her lips have been obviously augmented, most likely with a hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvéderm, Volbella or Restylane,' he said.

But in his professional opinion, Dr. Haworth believes London has gone too far.

'Though the volume adds an element of sensuality to her visage, London's lower lip is too full across its entire length, lending it an amorphous, almost lazy appearance,' he said.

'As a lip reshaping expert, I do recognise that most elegant lower lips should be their plumpest in the centre and taper down in size towards their ends.'

Daily Mail Australia has contacted London Goheen for comment.

London first made headlines in September when Reece Hawkins, 23, publicly confirmed they were dating.

The new relationship, which began just a few months after Reece ended his engagement to fitness model Tammy Hembrow, left millions of fans devastated.

Reece and Tammy - who share two children, Saskia and Wolf - had built up a devoted following of social media users since 2014.

Many of these fans weren't happy to see the District Goods designer move on so quickly with another girl and, as a result, London has found herself targeted by trolls.
