(Reuters) - Rapid growth in targeted online video is expected to outshine the rest of the global market over the next few years, industry forecaster said in a report published on Monday.

Zenith, owned by French group Publicis, said advertisers will make more effective use of personalised messages as grows by an 18 percent a year between 2018 and 2021.
