The countdown has officially begun for Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough's 'wedding of the year'.

And it looks like another celebrity guest could be attending the ceremony in San José del Cabo, Mexico next weekend: PR queen Roxy Jacenko.

The 38-year-old publicist was spotted at Sydney Airport on Monday before boarding a flight bound for Los Angeles International Airport.

Roxy, who was not accompanied by her children or husband Oliver Curtis, looked stylish in a Yves Saint Laurent T-shirt and denim shorts.

She completed her pre-flight look with white canvas shoes and a pair of oversized black sunglasses.

The glamorous publicist was seen giving her driver a friendly kiss before rushing into the terminal to board flight QF11 from Sydney to LAX.

Karl and Jasmine had taken the same flight over the weekend with several members of their wedding party.

Roxy's flight was delayed for 43 minutes, which gave her time to attend to any last-minute business before boarding.

The journey to Los Angeles takes approximately 14 hours and it is believed the Sweaty Betty PR founder travelled business class.

The couple have reportedly booked two villas at the One&Only, one which costs approximately $11,600 per night, and another priced at around $15,000 per night

Karl and Jasmine, who both hail from Queensland, are also bringing a uniquely Australian flavour to their three-day wedding.

They both share a love of Bundaberg Rum and Coke, so the reception will feature a 'Bundy Bar' where guests will be offered the couple's custom 'JK Blend'.

The festivities will officially begin on December 6 with a welcome party, where some of the estimated 150 guests will gather for the first time.

'The following day is a relaxation day and the day after the wedding is a recovery day,' a source told Woman's Day this week. 'This is when the partying really kicks off.'

After the celebrations, Karl and Jasmine are embarking on a honeymoon that will also double as a family holiday for the Channel Nine star.

The newlyweds will spend quality time with Karl's three children from his first marriage: Jackson, River and Ava.
