An air ambulance was called to an incident in Old Colwyn which saw one person flown to hospital.
Emergency services including North Wales Police, the Welsh Ambulance Service and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the A547 between Old Colwyn and Llanddulas at around 1pm.
The road was closed in both directions for around two hours and a patient was flown to Ysbyty Gwynedd.

A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called today at approximately 1pm to reports of an incident on Abergele Road.
“We responded with an Air Ambulance. One patient was transported to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor.”
A North Wales Police spokesman added: “We were made aware of this incident at 1.08pm. The fire service and the Air Ambulance dealt with the incident.”
The fire service confirmed that they had one crew in attendance and that they were assisting the ambulance service with an incident.
