With the upcoming four-match Test series against Australia representing perhaps India’s best chance at winning a Test series Down Under, Kohli has been putting in the hard yards at the gym – and has even been encouraging his teammates to do the same!
Kohli took to Twitter earlier on Monday and posted a picture of himself alongside Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant and Parthiv Patel wherein the foursome looked exhausted after an intense training session.
“That's what happens when you do group circuit training,” was the caption that accompanied the picture.

For the uninitiated, circuit training is a form of body conditioning and resistance training that is high-intensity in nature that targets strength building and muscular endurance.
An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, the person doing the exercises must begin the first exercise again for the next circuit.
Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
The first Test between India and Australia begins at Adelaide on December 6.
