The Kerala Samajam on Sunday handed over ₹5.50 lakh to Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy to aid relief efforts in the wake of floods in Kerala and Cyclone Gaja in Karaikal region of the Union Territory.
According to a release, Kerala Samajam president Dinesh Mangalatte handed over ₹3.50 lakh for Kerala and another ₹2 lakh to the Chief Minister to aid in the relief works in Karaikal region. Manoj Kumar, secretary of Kerala Samajam, was present.
