Release date of Simmba trailer announced
After kick-starting the year on a blockbuster note, Ranveer Singh is all set to end 2018 in a similar manner. Ranveer is on cloud nine as he has married the love of his life and will now get busy with the promotions of Simmba. Rohit Shetty's directorial is a remake of Telugu movie Temper and will have all his trademarks. Simmba also features Sara Ali Khan in a pivotal role.

It has to be larger-than-life is it is Rohit Shetty's cop character. You can expect whistle-worthy dialogues and some romance. There are six songs in the movie, one of which has been shot in Switzerland. As per Bollywood Hungama, the core subject of Simmba is women empowerment.
Rohit Shetty, Karan Johar and cast of the film took to their social media accounts to announce the trailer release date. Simmba trailer will be dropped on December 3.

The movie also stars Sonu Sood. Sonu is quite excited about the project. "Dabangg was very special for me. I broke my nose also in a sequence with Salman Khan. But if you talk about the latest one, you will see me doing something very special and something I have not done in 'Simmba'," Sonu told IANS on being asked about his most special action performances till date.

At the wrap of Simmba, the team went emotional. While director Rohit penned a heartfelt note for Ranveer, the actor gave a speech for him. Sharing the video of Ranveer's speech, producer Karan Johar wrote, ''The amazing chemistry of director and actor! The love and the energy of ROHIT SHETTY AND RANVEER SINGH!!!!"
On a related note, Simmba will be Sara's second film of this year. She will be debuting with Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath, co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput. While Kedarnath will release on December 7, Simmba is expected to hit the screens on December 28.
