Notice to Andhra Pradesh in 'health scam'

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad high court has issued notices to the state of Andhra Pradesh, its special chief secretary to medical and health department, commissioner of health and family welfare wing, the managing director of AP medical services & infrastructure development corporation and Hyderabad based M/s Dhanush Infotech Pvt Ltd asking them to explain their stand on the allegations that they indulged in procedural irregularities to ensure an important children health project to Dhanush firm. Allegedly, Dhanush Infotech used false certificates to pocket Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram works from the AP government.
