Enthused with response the Praja Kutami, the people’s alliance, received from the electors, Telugu Desam Party president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly decided to stay put in the city for the next few days to continue the campaign.

The TDP president will participate in the election campaign of Praja Kutami candidates in Rajendra Nagar and Kukatpally on Saturday. The campaign would include road shows in the areas, especially those with considerable population of people of Seemandhra origin, where Mr. Naidu would explain to people the ‘need’ to elect the Praja Kutami candidates.

This would be followed by similar campaign in different places in the twin cities and areas surrounding Ranga Reddy district. “The party president has decided to stay here probably till December 5, the day on which the campaign will come to an end,” a senior TDP leader said.

A detailed schedule of Mr. Naidu’s visit has, however, not been finalised yet.
