4 NMC school students bag prizes

Nagpur: Four students of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) run schools have won prizes in the essay and drawing competition organized on Swachh Bharat Mission. The central government’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in association with Field Outreach Bureau organized the competition at Nagsen Vidyalaya, Kamptee Road, on November 29.
NMC in a press release said Shahina Fakruddin, student of RBGG School, bagged the first prize in essay competition. Roshni Kharwar from the same school won second prize in drawing contest. Under Std-V to VII class category in drawing competition, Roshan Ansari from Borgaon Hindi High School bagged third prize. Shanti Mukesh Shah from the same school won third prize in essay competition.
Mayor Nanda Jichkar praised the students for winning in the competition and also presented the prizes. Jichkar also congratulated the headmasters and teachers of the schools.
