Nick Cummins has mostly stayed away from the spotlight since his disastrous appearance on The Bachelor.

But the former Wallaby, 31, was happy to be the centre of attention at The Iconic Swim Show in Sydney on Thursday.

He raised eyebrows among the socialites and models in attendance by taking off his Hawaiian shirt to reveal his ripped physique.

Flaunting his washboard abs and bulging biceps, Nick was photographed sitting on a stone wall while checking his iPhone.

The reality TV star glanced around and seemed to be enjoying a quiet moment to himself after socialising with other partygoers.

According to guests at the event, Nick had a rather awkward reunion with two former Bachelor stars: Cassandra Wood and Brittany Hockley.

Nick was spotted in the crowd standing next to fourth-place contestant Cassandra, 24, who looked noticeably tense.

A guest at the party told Daily Mail Australia that the pair hugged, but their reunion was nonetheless a little awkward.

'They said a few words but she looked tense. She didn't really know what to do or say,' the source claimed.

'Nick wasn't too bothered and looked pretty relaxed. He seemed to be over the whole Bachelor thing.'

They were later joined by Brittany Hockley, 31, and the trio chatted for about half an hour.

Cassandra - who dated Nick for several months prior to filming - made it to the final four of The Bachelor, but was not given a rose following hometown visits.

Brittany made it to the final two alongside Sophie Tieman, but in an unexpected twist Nick ended up dumping them both.
