'I felt like everything was stacked against me and I was alone': Bride and Prejudice's Jess reveals her lowest point on the Channel Seven series and admits to 'suffering from anxiety'

Bride and Prejudice star Jessica has revealed her lowest point on the controversial reality dating series.

Jess, 21, who was subjected to constant criticism from her Macedonian mother-in-law Fatima Abazovski on the show revealed she felt 'alone' and 'unsupported' by her now-husband, Seyat, 20.

Speaking to Who magazine on Thursday Jess was quizzed about her most challenging moment and remarked: 'Probably after Fatima offered me the $10,000 and I told Seyat about it and I didn't receive much support at all.'

'I felt like everything was stacked against me and I was alone. I didn't know what else I was supposed to do if I didn't have the support from Seyat,' Jess said.

The incident in question took place during an episode earlier this month when Jessica sat down for a meeting with Fatima and her husband, Sam.

In the tense scene, Fatima slid an envelope containing $10,000 and a plane ticket across the table and subsequently offered her daughter-in-law a bribe to leave Seyat.

'You still want to travel overseas, don't you? And you wanted lots of money, because you don't have money. Well, I'm here to offer you $10,000 in cash and a trip overseas, all over the world,' Fatima began.

'I've got the ticket and the money here for you. So take this now, and leave Seyat, because you and I know there will be problems.'

Jess also told the publication she felt particularly concerned about appearing on the show as she 'already suffered from anxiety.'

'That was one of my biggest fears going into this show, as I knew it was going to be really difficult for me emotionally, as I already suffered from anxiety, and going into this, I knew I would have to try to overcome it,' Jess revealed. 

Meanwhile one week after the young couple tied the knot in a televised ceremony, Jessica told WHO magazine she still hasn't had any contact with Fatima since the nuptials.

'Unfortunately there hasn't been much of a change with my in-laws,' Jessica said. 'I haven't had much, if any, contact with Seyat's mum after the show finished filming.' 

The 21-year-old added that she bought Fatima a bouquet of white roses as a 'peace offering' and also apologised for 'the struggles she went through' during filming.

So far, she hasn't received a response.

Later in the interview, Jessica said Fatima doesn't even view her wedding as legitimate.

'[Fatima] mentioned to me that she didn't see Seyat and me as having a real marriage,' she said.

It comes after Jessica and Seyat exchanged vows during last Tuesday's episode of Bride and Prejudice.

Fatima described the wedding as 'the worst day of [her] life', and even admitted she wanted to slap the blushing bride.

'Yes, I do feel like I've lost Seyat,' she added. 'This is all Jessica's fault.' 

The couple tied the knot at a chapel in Byron Bay, New South Wales and are still together, however they are living separately at the moment.
